Your Agreement with the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "User" / "Player" / "you" — refers to any individual who registers an account with or accesses the 6nnn win platform.

• "PKR Wallet" — refers to the Pakistani Rupee balance held within your 6nnn win account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and credited winnings.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to PKR deposited by the User via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Allied Bank Transfer, Raast, or USDT TRC20, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to PKR credited to your account by 6nnn win as part of a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, cashback, or other incentive program.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total PKR betting turnover that must be achieved before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 6nnn win prior to processing withdrawals or in response to account review triggers.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all products offered by 6nnn win including live casino games, Jackpot Slots, Mines, Cockfighting, sports betting, and instant games.

To register a 6nnn win account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide a valid Pakistan mobile number in your own name.
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period currently in force on your 6nnn win account.

Each individual may hold only one registered 6nnn win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a suspension, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts discovered by 6nnn win will be permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.

6nnn win reserves the right to request identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, or proof of address) at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification or, in serious cases, permanent account closure.

You represent and warrant that all information provided to 6nnn win during registration and subsequently is accurate and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. 6nnn win bears no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6nnn win Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 6nnn win strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to protect against unauthorised access.

All activity conducted through your 6nnn win account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 6nnn win is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

You must notify 6nnn win immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact the 6nnn win support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon verified notification, 6nnn win will suspend your account pending security review.

6nnn win reserves the right to suspend or close an account immediately if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being accessed by an unauthorised third party, that the registered user's identity may have been compromised, or that fraudulent activity may be occurring through the account.

6nnn win accepts PKR deposits via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Allied Bank Transfer, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All amounts displayed, deposited, wagered, and paid out on 6nnn win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum first deposit is 500 PKR. Subsequent minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method.

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Raast are credited to your 6nnn win PKR Wallet instantly upon successful processing. Allied Bank Transfer deposits are credited within the same business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after 1–3 blockchain network confirmations. 6nnn win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks or blockchain congestion.

Withdrawals from 6nnn win are subject to the following conditions:

• Your 6nnn win account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your account or to methods registered in your verified name during KYC.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to your account's current verification level and the selected withdrawal method.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• 6nnn win processes verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, same business day for Allied Bank Transfer and Raast, and within 24 hours for USDT TRC20.
• 6nnn win reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an anti-money laundering review, regardless of account verification status.

6nnn win offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback incentives, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible registered users. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds.

The following general principles apply to all 6nnn win bonuses and promotions:

• Each eligible user may claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and results in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds in your 6nnn win PKR Wallet. Real Money Funds are wagered first by default unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be requested for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer.
• 6nnn win reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if there is evidence of strategic wagering, low-risk or risk-free betting patterns specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, or any form of bonus abuse.
• Promotional offers are time-limited. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the promotional period specified in the offer terms.
• 6nnn win may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Modifications do not affect bonuses already credited and in active use, unless the offer was obtained through violation of these Terms.

Each game available on 6nnn win — including live dealer games, Jackpot Slots, Mines, Cockfighting, sports betting, and instant games — is governed by its own individual game rules displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before participating in any game.

6nnn win operates its games using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for electronic games and qualified human croupiers for live dealer games. The integrity of game outcomes is audited by independent third-party testing organisations. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. Where the result of an event is not officially declared, 6nnn win reserves the right to settle bets based on available official information or to declare bets void.

6nnn win provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Users, free of charge and accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: On-screen notifications when you approach your chosen session duration limit.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. No gaming or deposits are permitted during a cooling-off period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon contact with 6nnn win support and cannot be reversed within the minimum period.

6nnn win complies with its age restriction obligations by requiring KYC verification from all Users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 6nnn win and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or stolen identity documents during KYC verification.

6nnn win reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including reporting to relevant authorities, where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

All intellectual property on the 6nnn win platform — including but not limited to the 6nnn win brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is owned by or licensed to 6nnn win and protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 6nnn win platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the 6nnn win platform or its content without prior written permission from 6nnn win.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 6nnn win by Users may be used by 6nnn win without obligation to compensate the submitting User and without restriction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6nnn win's total liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6nnn win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from the use of or inability to use the 6nnn win platform.

6nnn win does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, internet connectivity failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. 6nnn win will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of 6nnn win's services, you must first contact the 6nnn win support team through the available support channels — Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email at [email protected]. 6nnn win commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive resolution response within 7 business days.

In the event that your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to 6nnn win's management team by clearly outlining the nature of your dispute, the outcome you seek, and the timeline of events.

6nnn win's server logs, transaction records, and game result data constitute the primary evidentiary record for all dispute investigations. Decisions based on this data are final.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

6nnn win collects, processes, and stores personal data from registered Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By creating a 6nnn win account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your identity documents submitted during KYC, your transaction history, your game activity logs, and your device and connection information.

6nnn win does not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, regulatory authorities upon lawful request, and fraud prevention services — all of which are bound by appropriate data protection obligations.

6nnn win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The User's account activity raises concerns under anti-money laundering or fraud prevention procedures.
• The User is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account is required to be suspended under applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Users may voluntarily close their 6nnn win account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds balance (after deduction of pending wager settlements and applicable fees) will be returned to the User's verified withdrawal method within 7 business days, provided KYC is complete. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless already converted to withdrawable winnings through completed wagering requirements.

Continued use of the 6nnn win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the 6nnn win platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Funds balance.
